All too often traditional jobs force people to disconnect, 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week, from the rest of their lives. You've probably seen the bumper stickers that say, "I owe, I owe, so off to work I go", and you may know all too well that feeling of another dreaded Monday morning.

For us at So Worth It, it's a very different feeling. That's not to say we don't work hard, because we do. But, imagine a job where you were expected to spend more time with your family, form life-long friendships with your co-workers, and made a difference not only in your own life but the lives of those around you.
